Service and Maintenance
An integral aspect of Kimpton’s after-sales support as well as an established division in its own right, Service & Maintenance is an increasingly important part of the Group offer.
Kimpton has developed a flexible approach to meeting our clients’ diverse service and maintenance requirements which have helped us establish many long term relationships.
The Service & Maintenance division offers two basic tiers of service:
- A planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contract to cover the ongoing requirements of existing installations
- A timely, reactive service providing immediate response to unforeseen problems or emergencies
Fully conversant with current legislation and approved codes of practice, Kimpton engineers are on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and are equipped to provide fast, effective diagnoses to any heating, cooling or ventilation problems.
Whilst our Service & Maintenance division is able to operate on sites throughout the country, the need for quick and efficient response times dictates a largely North West based client focus. As a result, we continue to hold long term PPM contracts with some of the region’s leading organisations including:
