Leading building services company, Kimpton, has recently
expanded its team to meet the growing requirement from regional
businesses to measure and maintain efficiency targets.
Kimpton has a reputation in the North as experts at the
forefront of incorporating Renewables technology within the built
environment, and have appointed two new members of staff to fulfil
the role of monitoring and managing efficiencies for companies
across the Northwest and Yorkshire.
"The measurement of efficiency has always been part of our
offering but due to growing demand, we have now invested to offer a
dedicated resource that deals specifically with this area",
commented managing director, Richard Kimpton.
"We have recruited a Key Account Manager who will take on the
role of Energy Assessor to assist clients in identifying areas of
inefficiency and then advising on solutions. This is reinforced
with the appointment of a Customer Services Representative within
our Service & Maintenance division, a role that will improve
communication and response times to ensure the smooth running of
equipment to maintain efficiency at optimum levels".
The Key Account Manager role will be undertaken by Michael
Leatherbarrow and will involve visiting clients regularly to manage
their requirements whilst monitoring their energy usage and
offering solutions as required. Local man Ross Mander, with
qualifications and extensive experience in both customer services
and plumbing, will effectively fulfil the role of CSR.
